Once your hearing aid is designed, programmed and ready to use, we'll create a fit that's as close to perfect as we can get. We'll also work with you so that you're completely informed about your aid and comfortable with using it. Before you leave the office, we'll do a final check to ensure the aid meets our standards of quality performance. You'll also be scheduled for a follow-up appointment so we can be sure your aid is meeting your needs in your daily life.

And finally, we're always here for you. We can quickly provide cleanings, replace batteries and make minor repairs and adjustments to your hearing aid as needed. Even after-hours or on the weekend, you'll be able to depend on us if something should go wrong.
