F.I.R.S.T. works!
Outcomes are important. That’s why we track the results of our program participants. We were recently invited to present our findings for spinal fusion patients at the North American Spine Society’s 17th Annual Meeting. Over 97% of our post-spinal fusion patients were able to meet or exceed medium-duty physical demand levels. Outcomes like this mean more options for job placement and case closure. Add happy, satisfied patients, and our F.I.R.S.T. program is a winner for everyone.

Physical demand outcomes following the F.I.R.S.T. program

• 97% of F.I.R.S.T. graduates are able to perform at the Medium Duty level (50 lbs.) or better.
• 85% of F.I.R.S.T. graduates are able to perform at the Medium Heavy Duty level (65-90 lbs.) or better.
• 54% of F.I.R.S.T. graduates are able to perform Very Heavy lifting (100+ lbs.).
